Purchasing errors

I really like this game, to where I purchased the special with the reaper free revive and 1200 crystals for $1.99. The thing is, it froze on the menu and I had to close it. When I restarted, I clicked on get the special, it said I already purchased it, but still no gems. And my card has been charged. I would certainly like this fixed please

Once it is, Ill definitely give it a five star
